The Rabbit in our Rabbit & Veggies comes from local farmer. Rabbit Farming, or Cuniculture, was a growing and profitable business here in North Carolina until Chinese imports undercut the local farmers. It was by accident in 2019 that I ran into Neil McDowell, one of the largest suppliers of rabbit meat in North Carolina prior to 2014. US raised Rabbit meat is more expensive but the quality and humane treatment is worth it.
Comes in a 4 pound bag with at least 63 x 1 ounce frozen cubes or 2 pound frozen in bulk.
