Handling & Safety

Raw food: Keep frozen until ready to feed. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Immediately after feeding, wash your hands and the bowl in hot soapy water.

Never leave the food out or in the bowl. Most dogs eat their raw food quickly so usually this isn’t a concern. If they do not eat within a few minutes, I recommend refrigerating for the next meal.

Frozen food should last several months in the freezer. After thawed, food is good for 3 days in the refrigerator.
